With a strong lean management background Dr. Thomas Mützel led efficiency projects at Robert Bosch GmbH and held several senior management positions at Lufthansa Technik AG.

Marc Bamberger has held a number of senior and top level finance positions in companies such as Lufthansa, LSG Sky Chefs, Agfa Photo and Armacell. He also acted as a non-executive director in the boards of – amongst others – Autobahn Tank & Rast and SolarWorld.

Having managed several production ramp up projects within the automotive and aviation industry, Claudius also led lean- and process optimization teams and programs in Aircraft Maintenance.

With a background in Information Technology, Thorsten Broese held senior management positions at ICL/Fujitsu and British American Tobacco where, as Group Head of IT Services, he was globally in charge for all Technical, Application- and End User Services.
