As of August 1, 2025, SkyTender AG enters a new phase of leadership.
After over a decade of dedicated service, Wolfgang von Krogh steps down as CEO for personal reasons. We extend our heartfelt thanks for his exceptional contributions — from building the company from the ground up to guiding it through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and market entry. His leadership has laid a strong foundation for the future.
We are pleased to announce that, effective August 1, the leadership baton is being passed to a new team:
- Jörn Sievers assumes the role of CEO, focusing on Finance, Strategy, and HR.
- Dr. Thomas Mützel-von Schwartz takes on the role of COO, responsible for Technology, Operations, Quality, and Sales.
Both Jörn and Thomas have been instrumental in SkyTender’s journey over the past 10 years — Jörn as a trusted advisor, and Thomas as a long-standing member of the executive board. Together, they have played a key role in successfully positioning our products in the market.
With the company now firmly established, the new leadership team will focus on preparing the organization for scalable growth — while ensuring continuity remains at the core of our strategy.
